TCO for 31-unit resi building in Astoria

Salvatore Lucchese through the company 30LOR LLC, on January 8, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 31-unit, 22,008-square-foot residential building at 25-22 30th Drive in Astoria.

The plans, pre-filed on November 15, 2018, call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, seven-story residential building. The time from pre-file to TCO was two years and three months.

The project is described in the filings as: herewith filed for new seven-story and cellar, 31-unit multiple dwelling with 10 parking spaces on site and six offsite.

The building’s cellar has a gym and laundry room, per the plans. The ground floor has three dwelling units, floors two and three each have six dwelling units per floor, while floors four through seven each have four dwelling units per floor. The building also has a recreation space on the roof and 10 off street parking spaces.

Gerald Caliendo of Caliendo Architects designed the building.

The property was acquired for $995,000 on March 9, 2016.
