TCO for 15K sf office building in Sheepshead Bay, nearly seven years after plans filed
Igor Sobolevsky through 2102 Avenue Z LLC, on March 26, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 15,929-square-foot office building at 2102 Avenue Z in Sheepshead Bay.
The plans, pre-filed on April 11, 2014, call for the construction of a 35-foot tall, two-story. The time from pre-file to TCO was nearly seven years.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed three-story, new building as per plans filed herewith.
According to the plans, the ground floor of the building has retail space and parking for six cars. The second floor has commercial office space, while the third floor has ambulatory offices.
Design Studio Associates was the architect.
The property was acquired for $850,000 on May 26, 2016.
