Yong Chen files plans for 51-unit mixed-use building in Kew Gardens
Yong Chen through the company 89 Jackson Heights LLC filed plans for a 48,319-square-foot mixed-use building with 51 dwelling units at 120-32 Queens Boulevard in Kew Gardens.
The plans call for the construction of an 83-foot-tall, eight-story mixed-use building. The development will span two tax lots. The plans are filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under the number Q00490821.
The plans are described in the filing as: proposed eight-story new building with cellar for commercial and residential use.
The ground floor will have a residential lobby and retail spaces, according to the filing. Floors two through four will each have eight dwelling units per floor, floors five through seven will each have seven dwelling units per floor, while the eighth floor will have six dwelling units. The cellar will have additional retail space and utility rooms.
