Szilvia Barnett files plans for 56-unit resi building in Astoria

Szilvia Barnett, on December 2, filed a permit application for construction of a 56-unit, 45,751-square-foot residential building at 21-04 30th Drive in Astoria, Queens.

The estimated job cost is $6,716,200.

The plans are one of 29 new building plans filed in Astoria this year. In total, the plans call for the construction of 1,175 dwelling units in the neighborhood.

The plans call for the construction of a 95-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00533905. The development site spans one tax lot.
