Structure Development is fully permitted for construction of a 102K sf storage building in Staten Island

Structure Development, on June 18, was given a permit for construction of a 102,201-square-foot storage building at 435 Tompkins Avenue in Staten Island.

The plans, pre-filed on August 9, 2019, call for the construction of a 50-foot tall, 4-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: this application is filed for a new four story self-storage building. Fence and curb cut applications filed under dob now build.

Each floor of the proposed building will be used for self storage space, according to the plans.

Eleven18 architecture is the architect on the application.
