Piedmont Office Realty Trust files plans for a $14M rehab of multiple floors of a commercial building in the Financial District
Piedmont Office Realty Trust, on June 18, filed a permit application for a $13.5 million rehab of multiple floors of a commercial building at 60 Broad Street in the Financial District.
The plans call for a rehab of floors seven through 10 of the 495-foot tall, 38-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: (Phase II) removal and installation of interior non-bearing partitions as per plans filed herewith. No change of use, occupancy or egress under this application. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $13.5 million.
Piedmont bought the building in 2003 for $213.6 million.
Valerio Associates is the architect on the application.
