Steve Troia files plans for 18-unit mixed-use building in Ridgewood
Steve Troia, on October 13, filed a permit application for construction of an 18-unit, 23,108-square-foot mixed-use building at 63-02 Fresh Pond Road in Ridgewood, Queens.
The plans call for the construction of a 32-foot tall, three-story mixed-use building.
The project is described in the filings as: filing for the construction of a mixed-use three-story building.
The building will have 61 parking spaces, 54 located in the cellar and seven outside, per the plans. The ground floor will be split between a residential lobby, community facility, and commercial retail space. Floors two and three will each have nine residential units. The second floor will have access to a roof terrace.
Anthony Morali Architecture is listed as the architect.
Demolition plans were filed on October 5 for the one-story building occupying the property. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
