SL Green files plans for $5.6M single-floor build-out at One Vanderbilt

SL Green Realty, on October 14, filed a permit application for a $5.6 million build-out of one floor of the under-construction office building,  One Vanderbilt, at 10 Vanderbilt Avenue in Grand Central. The 1,298,506-square-foot office building received its initial TCO last month after several years of construction and decades of planning.

The plans call for a rehab of the ground floor of the 1,404-foot tall, 59-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: interior office renovations and modifications on the first floor. No change to use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $5,550,000.

Central Midtown’s tallest skyscraper ever has numerous retail spaces on the ground floor, as well as an office lobby and eating and drinking establishment.
