Station Companies submits $31.7M condo plan in East Village
Station Companies submitted a condominium plan for a development with 10 residential units at 14 Second Avenue in the East Village, Manhattan.
The condo plan, CD210103, has a sellout price of $31.7 million with the New York State Attorney General. Daniel Vislocky and Enrique Gittes are listed as the principals of the sponsor.
In April of 2019, Daniel Vislocky filed new building plans with the New York City Department of Buildings calling for the construction of a 100-foot tall, 10-story, 16,366-square-foot residential building with 10 dwelling units at the property.
Per the plans, The ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and one dwelling unit. Floors two through 10 will each have one dwelling unit per floor. The cellar will have an exercise room.
Initial permits were issued to the developer but no TCO has been issued yet.
Hustvedt Cutler Architects is listed as the architect.
The developers acquired the property for $7 million in October of 2018.
