Stahl Organization finishes $7M in rehabs of multiple floors at 277 Park Ave

Stahl Organization, on March 1, formally completed two rehabilitation projects, totaling $7 million, of multiple floors of an office building at 277 Park Avenue in Grand Central.

The first plans, pre-filed on September 20, 2018, call for a rehab of floors 10, 14, and 21 of the 696-foot tall, 52-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: installation of interior non bearing partitions and related finishes on the 10th, 14th, and 21st floor as indicated on plans. No change in use, egress, or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $3,475,000.

TPG Architecture is listed as the architect.

On the same day, the developer formally completed a $3.3 million rehab of two additional floors of the building.

The plans, pre-filed on October 31, 2018, call for a rehab of floors eight and 11 of the 696-foot tall, 52-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: interior renovations to existing office space including the installation of non load bearing partitions and related finishes on the eighth and 11th floor. No change in egress, use, or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $3,255,000.

Once again, TPG was the architect.
