B&F Management files plans for 121-unit mixed-use building in Garment District
B&F Management, on February 26, filed a permit application for construction of a 121-unit, 80,250-square-foot residential building at 12 East 37th Street in the Garment District. Yusuf Bildirici, managing principal of the firm, filed the plans.
The plans call for the construction of a 324-foot tall, 33-story mixed-use building.
The project is described in the filings as: erecting 33-story new building as per plans and applications submitted.
The ground floor of the building will have one dwelling unit and a retail store, per the plans. The remaining 120 units will occupy floors two through 11, 13 through 22, and 24 through 33, however the number of units is not broken out by floor. The plans do indicate that 60 of the units will be studios and 60 will be one-bedroom units.
Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel, Architects, DPC is listed as the architect.
No demolition plans have been filed yet. The new building plans are the first filed at the property since 2009.
