Stagg Group permitted for 101-unit resi building in Riverdale

The development firm the Stagg Group, on December 23, was given a permit for construction of a 101-unit, 68,111-square-foot residential building at 5278 Post Road in Riverdale, the Bronx.

The plans, pre-filed on June 18, 2020, call for the construction of a 71-foot tall, seven-story residential building. Jay Martino was the owner representative on the application.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed seven-story building.

Demolition permits will most likely not be needed as the lot is vacant currently.

Marin Architects is listed as the architect on the application.
