Stagg Group is fully permitted for construction of 105-unit rental in Highbridge
Stagg Group, on September 9, was given a permit for construction of a 105-unit, 77,255-square-foot residential building at 1073 Summit Avenue in Highbridge, the Bronx.
The plans, pre-filed in March, call for the construction of a 96-foot tall, nine-story, residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: erection of 10-story residential building with community facility on the first floor.
According to the plans, the building will have a residential lobby and school on the ground floor. The second floor will have nine dwelling units while floors three through 10 will have 12 dwelling units each.
Marin Architects will be the architect.
Around the time of the filing, reports indicated Stagg had not revealed an anticipated date of completion and it is was unknown when construction on the property would begin.
