The New York City School Construction Authority, on September 9, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 116,634-square-foot school building at 76 Dinsmore Place in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn.
The plans, pre-filed on September 6, 2017, call for the construction of a 75-foot tall, five-story building. The time from pre-file to TCO was three years.
The project is described in the filings as: PS 667K – herewith filing 5-story new school building.
The ground floor of the building has a cafeteria, kitchen, servery, staff dining area, gym, storage, auditorium, and class rooms, according to the plans. The upper floors are being used for classrooms, office, and storage, as well as a library on the fourth floor.
Perkins Eastman was behind the architecture for the development.
