Stagg Group files plans for 70-unit resi building in Pelham Parkway

Mark Stagg’s Stagg Group, on December 24, filed a permit application for construction of a 70-unit, 46,992-square-foot residential building at 3184 Webster Avenue in Pelham Parkway, the Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of a 95-foot tall, 10-story residential building. The owner representative on the filing was Jay Martino.

The project is described in the filings as: erection of 10-story residential building.

Per the plans, the building’s cellar will have laundry. The ground floor will have a recreation room and lobby. Floors two and three will each have seven dwelling units per floor, while floors four through 10 will each have eight dwelling units per floor. The building will also have a gym.

Marin Architects will be responsible for the design.

No demolition plans have been filed yet.
