Stagg Goup permitted for 77-unit resi building in Riverdale

Stagg Goup, on January 14, was given a permit for construction of a 77-unit, 45,823-square-foot residential building at 6375 Broadway in Riverdale. Jay Martino, senior vice president of construction at Stagg Group, filed the plans.

The plans, pre-filed on May 20, 2020, call for the construction of a 68-foot tall, seven-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: erection of new seven-story building.

Per the plans, there will be laundry facilities, a lobby, and recreational rooms on the ground floor of the building. Floors two through six will each have 13 dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor will have 12 units. The building will also have attended parking for 18 cars.

Canas Solutions, Inc. is listed as the filing representative, while Marin Architects, P.C is listed as previous applicant of record.

The property was acquired for $4.8 million on May 13, 2020. The sellers are affiliates of the W Group which operates assisted living facilities.
