SL Green finishes $21.7M multi-floor build-out at One Vanderbilt

SL Green, on January 14, formally completed a $21.7 million build-out of three floors of One Vanderbilt, located at 10 Vanderbilt Avenue in Grand Central. The 1,298,506-square-foot office building received its initial TCO in September of 2020 after several years of construction and decades of planning. Eric Bartels filed the plans.

The plans, pre-filed on August 19, 2019, call for a build-out of floors six through eight of the 1,401-foot tall, 67-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: interior renovations as per plans filed herewith. No change to use, egress, or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $21,665,594.

Perkins Eastman was listed as the architect for the project.

The developer spent $3.3 billion assembling the site and constructing the tower. Hines and the National Pension Service of Korea own minority stakes in the building.
