Srinivasan Kulandai files plans for 18-unit building in Hollis
Srinivasan Kulandai, on October 19, filed a permit application for construction of a 18-unit, 17,647-square-foot residential building at 187-11 Hollis Avenue in Hollis, Queens.
The plans call for the construction of a 37-foot tall, four-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed four-story apartment with cellar.
The ground floor of the building will have three dwelling units, while floors two through four will each have five dwelling units per floor, according to the plans.
Victor Suben of VS Consulting Engineering is listed as the architect.
This is now the second time the developer has filed new building plans at the property. Plans were first filed in August, however those plans that had 19 apartment units were withdrawn.
Demolition plans were filed in July 2020 for a single-family residence on part of the site.
