Spaxel permitted for 46-unit resi building in Tremont

Spaxel, on April 18, was given a permit for construction of a 46-unit, 31,253-square-foot residential building at 1695 Monroe Avenue in Tremont. Spaxel is led by Granit Gjonbalaj.

The plans, pre-filed on November 10, 2020, call for the construction of a 115-foot tall, 13-story residential building.

According to the plans, the ground floor will have one dwelling unit. Floors two and three will each have four dwelling units per floor. The fourth floor will have three dwelling units. Floors five through 11 will each have four dwelling units per floor, and the 13th floor will have two dwelling units and a lounge. The roof will have amenity space.

The property was acquired for $800,000 on November 25, 2020.
