Gjergj Bujaj files plans for 16-unit resi building in Soundview

Gjergj Bujaj, on April 18, filed a permit application for construction of a 16-unit, 12,782-square-foot residential building at 1041 Boynton Avenue in Soundview, Bronx.

There have been five new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 48-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00717934.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot width is 50 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: new four-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have recreation space and one dwelling unit. Floors two and three will each have five dwelling units per floor. The fourth floor will have four dwelling units and the lower level of one duplex unit, the upper half of which will be on the penthouse level.
