Solomon Schwimmer files plans for 19K sf residential building in Flatbush

Solomon Schwimmer, through the entity Nostrand Heights LLC, filed plans for a 22-unit, 19,305-square-feet, residential building on May 19 at 1365 Nostrand Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn.

The plans call for a 70-foot-tall, seven-story, residential building.

The plans are stated as: proposed new seven-story and cellar residential building.

Floors two through five will each have four units while the sixth and seventh floor will have three units each. The ground floor will consist of a lobby and the roof will have 555 square feet of recreation space.
