Meyer Bodner’s Expressive Lighting files plans for 35K sf residential building in Far Rockaway

Meyer Bodner’s Expressive Lighting, on May 19, filed plans for the construction of a new 34,734-square-feet, 11-unit, residential building at 1212 Seagirt Boulevard in Far Rockaway, Queens.

The plans call for the construction of a 51-foot, 4-story, residential building.

The plans are stated as: proposed new building (NB) application to construct a four-story, mixed-use building which would include a house of worship (community facility) and residential.

All 11 dwelling units will be on the third floor of the building, according to the plans.
