City will convert portion of Staten Island school into covid-19 testing facility

The NYC Department of Design and Construction, on May 18, filed a $400,000 permit application with the Department of Buildings to set up a temporary covid-19 testing center in Tottenville High School at 100 Luten Avenue.

The plans call for no change in size of the 411,000-square-feet school building.

The plans are stated as: temporary covid-19 testing center; interior non-bearing partitions only in student dining areas.

BKH Architect , PLLC is listed as the architect on the plans.
