Solomon Feder receives TCO for 27-unit resi building in Williamsburg
Solomon Feder through the company Ainslie Holdings LLC, on January 5, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 27-unit, 18,254-square-foot residential building at 56 Ainslie Street in Williamsburg.
The plans, pre-filed on April 27, 2018, call for the construction of an 80-foot tall, eight-story, residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed eight-story residential building with a total of 27 dwelling units.
The ground floor of the building has a residential lobby and 11 parking spaces, per the plans. The second floor has three dwelling units and recreation space. Floors three through eight each have four dwelling units per floor, with recreation space on the seventh floor.
J Frankl and Charles Mallea Associates was behind the design.
The property was acquired for $5.1 million on January 4, 2018.
