Magna & York files plans for 33-unit resi building in Central Harlem

Magna & York, on January 5, filed a permit application for construction of a 33-unit, 30,631-square-foot residential building at 15 West 124th Street in Central Harlem. Michael Dwyer was the owner representative on the application.

The plans call for the construction of a 75-foot tall, seven-story, residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: new multifamily residential building.

The building’s cellar will have laundry and community space, per the plans. The ground floor will have community and amenity space, a dining area, and a residential lobby. The dwelling units will occupy floors two through seven, however they are not broken out by floor. The seventh floor and roof will also each have outdoor recreation spaces.

Turett Collaborative will design the building.

The property was acquired with 2 other properties for $9.4 million on February 11, 2019.

Demolition plans were filed last month for the four-story building occupying the property.
