Candor Capital permitted for 37-unit mixed-use building in Flatbush
David Sinay of Candor Capital, on January 5, was given a permit for construction of a 37-unit, 27,828-square-foot mixed-use building at 458 East 25th Street in Flatbush.
The plans, pre-filed on May 13, 2019, call for the construction of a 55-foot tall, five-story mixed-use building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed new five-story and basement mixed-use building.
Per the plans, the basement will have an ambulatory and diagnostic facility. The ground floor will have seven dwelling units, floors two through four will each have eight units per floor, while the fifth floor will have six dwelling units and a recreation space. The building will have two parking spaces.
ND Architecture & Design is designing the building.
Demolition of the two-story structure that previously occupied the property was completed in October of 2019.
The property was acquired for $1.3 million on April 16, 2019.
Reports around the time of filing stated that an estimated completion date had not been announced.
