PincusCo is taking a look at some of the smaller multifamily residential building plans filed recently. All four of the plans called for developments with less than 10 dwelling units.

Nush Sukaj, on September 20, filed two permit applications for construction of an eight-unit residential building at 1846 Guerlain Street and a nine-unit residential building at 1848 Guerlain Street in Parkchester, the Bronx.

The first plans call for the construction of a 37-foot-tall, four-story, eight-unit, 5,330-square-foot building at 1846 Guerlain Street and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00597057.

The project is described in the filing as: nb application filed in conjunction with NB X00596890.

According to the plans, floors one through four of the building will each have two dwelling units per floor.

The architect listed is Badaly Architects.

The estimated job cost is $1,100,000.
