Bridge, DH, and Banner Oak Capital finish Sunset Park demo ahead of 1.3M sf warehouse
Bridge Development, DH Property Holdings and Banner Oak Capital, on September 21, formally completed the demolition of a building at 26 19th Street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
The demolition makes way for the construction of a four-story 1.3 million-square-foot distribution center, which will be the largest of its kind in the country, according to reports.
Renderings were released of the proposed development after the site was acquired by the joint venture for $214.2 million on January 10, 2019.

The plans, pre-filed on June 8, 2020, call for the demolition of a two-story commercial building.
