$82M renovation filed for several lower floors at the Time Warner Center
Two permit applications totaling $82 million worth of renovations were filed March 19 for portions of eight floors at the Time Warner Center. The work is being done by the architectural firm Gensler. The owner was listed as Related Companies.
The plans call for a renovation of eight floors at the 750-foot tall, 54-story, building.
The first project is described in the filings as: interior renovation as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, occupancy or egress. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $48,999,000. It is for floors 8-10.
The second project is described in the filings as: interior renovation as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, occupancy or egress. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $32,799,000. It is for floors SC2, CEL, 1, 6, and 7.
