SL Green, Vornado finish $4.7M single-floor rehab of 280 Park Avenue

SL Green Realty and Vornado Realty Trust, on March 29, formally completed a $4.7 million rehabilitation of one floor of a building at 280 Park Avenue in Plaza District.

The plans, pre-filed on May 11, 2020, call for a rehab of the 31st floor of the 437-foot tall, 43-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: installation and removal of non-bearing partitions and related finishes. No change to use, occupancy or egress. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $4,700,000.
