20-unit condo plan submitted in Corona

A condominium plan was submitted for 20 residential units at 34-17 103rd Street, in Corona, Queens.

The condominium plan, CD210079, has a current sellout price of $12,158,000 with the New York State Attorney General. Zhong Hui Chen is listed as the principal of sponsor.

In June of 2014, Zhong Hui Chen through the company 103 Holding LLC filed new building plans with the New York City Department of Buildings. The plans called for the construction of a 33-foot tall, four-story, 18,521-square-foot residential building with 20 dwelling units.

Per the plans, floors one through three and the cellar of the building will each have five dwelling units. The building will also have 13 parking spaces.

The plans have been permitted but have not yet received a TCO.
