SL Green files plans for $7.1M build-out at One Vanderbilt

SL Green Realty, on April 18, filed plans for a $7.1 million build-out of one floor at its recently completed office building at 10 Vanderbilt Avenue, known as One Vanderbilt. The 1,298,506-square-foot office building received its initial TCO in September of 2020.

In the previous 12 months, SL Green has filed plans for $71,796,088 of work at the building.

The plans call for work on the 51st floor (marketing) of the 1,404-foot-tall, 59-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00708687.

The project is described in the filing as: interior office renovations and modifications on the 40th floor (tenant/marketing floor 51). No change to use, egress or occupancy.

The architect listed is TPG Architecture, LLP.
