SL Green files plans for $3.4M single-floor build-out at One Vanderbilt

SL Green Realty, on July 16, filed plans for a $3.4M build-out of one floor at its recently completed office building at 10 Vanderbilt Avenue, known as One Vanderbilt, in Grand Central.

The 1,298,506-square-foot office building received its initial TCO in September of 2020.

The plans call for work on the seventh floor (tenant/marketing floor 11) of the 1,404-foot-tall, 59-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00540455.

The project is described in the filing as: interior office renovations and modifications on the seventh floor (tenant/marketing floor 11). No change to use, egress or occupancy.

The architect listed is Perkins Eastman.
