Nuveen files plans for $3M single-floor build-out Grand Central

Nuveen Real Estate, on July 16, filed plans for a $3 million build-out of one floor of a building at 730 Third Avenue in Grand Central, Manhattan.

Nuveen, a subsidiary of the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association, disclosed plans to spend over $100 million to renovate the building.

The plans call for work on the eighth floor of the 362-foot-tall, 28-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00472896.

The project is described in the filing as: plans herewith filed for proposed interior renovation for new partitions on the eighth floor.

The architect listed is Ted Moudis Associates.

The developer recently finished a $30 million build-out of several floors at the building.
