SL Green files $9.2M to add food space to one floor of 11 Madison
SL Green, on November 12, filed plans for a $9.2M project to add eating and drinking space to one floor of an office building at 11 Madison Avenue in Flatiron, Manhattan.
These are the most expensive plans filed at the building over the the previous 12 months. During the span there were 12 alteration plans, for a total of $13,620,191 filed at the building.
The plans call for work on the 12th floor of the 348-foot tall, 29-story building. This was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00622377.
The project is described in the filing as: General Construction taking place on the 12th Floor as per plans filed herewith.
According to the plans, a portion of the office space on the 12th floor of the building will be converted to an eating and drinking establishment and a lecture hall.
