Skyward Developers permitted for 25-unit mixed-use building in Tremont
Skyward Developers, on May 26, was given a permit for construction of a 25-unit, 20,666-square-foot residential building at 2189 Arthur Avenue in Tremont. Joel Mittleman filed the plans.
Both new building and foundation permits were issued.
The plans, pre-filed on July 29, 2020, call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, seven-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: seven-story mixed-use building.
According to the plans, the ground floor will have one dwelling unit, while the second floor will be used for a health care facility. Floors three through six will each have five dwelling units per floor and the seventh floor will have four dwelling units. The roof will provide a recreation area and the cellar will have parking for eight cars.
The architect listed is S&S Architectural Design.
The property was acquired for $950,000 on May 29, 2019.
