Brookfield finishes $6.8M single-floor rehab of 225 Liberty Street
Brookfield Properties, on May 25, formally completed a $6.8 million rehabilitation of one floor of an office building at 225 Liberty Street in Battery Park City.
The building is part of Brookfield Place.
The plans, pre-filed on May 11, 2020, call for work on the 36th floor of the 572-foot tall, 43-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: (36th floor construction – 37th floor marketing) removal and installation of interior non-bearing partitions and related finishes as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy under this application. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $6,804,360.
