Skyward Developers files plans for a 25-unit residential building in Tremont
Skyward Developers, on July 29, filed a permit application for construction of a 25-unit, 20,666-square-foot residential building at 2189 Arthur Avenue in Tremont.
The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, seven-story, residential building. Joel Mittelman was the owner representative on the filing.
The project is described in the filings as: seven-story, mixed-use building.
The building will have eight parking spaces, according to the plans filed. The ground floor will have one dwelling unit, while the second floor will be used for a health care facility. Floors three through six will each have five dwelling units. The seventh floor will have four dwelling units and the roof will provide a recreation area.
The architect listed is S&S Architectural Design.
Jacob Landau of Skyward Developers purchased the property for just shy of $1 million on May 29, 2019.
Demolition plans were filed on September 9, 2019 for the two-story house on the property. Those demolition plans have yet to be permitted.
