The project is described in the filings as: proposed 13-story residential building.
According to the plans filed, the ground floor will have one dwelling unit, floors two through nine will have four dwelling units, and floors 10 through 13 will have three dwelling units.
MHM Engineering, P.C. is the architect listed.
The property was acquired for $1 million on October 28, 2019.
No demolition plans have been filed on the property.
