Silverstein Properties files plans for a $2.9M single-floor rehab of Americas Tower in Times Square

Silverstein Properties, on October 18, filed plans for a $2.9 million rehabilitation of an office building, known as Americas Tower, at 1177 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown.

The plans call for work on the 39th floor of the 674-foot-tall, 48-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00574719.

The project is described in the filing as: general construction modifications as per plans filed herewith. No change to use, egress, or occupancy.

The architect listed is Ted Moudis Associates.

Earlier this year the developer completed a $10 million rehab of multiple floors of the building.
