Silverstein Properties files plans for $4M single-floor rehab of an office building in Times Square
Silverstein Properties, on November 2, filed a permit application for a $4 million rehabilitation of one floor of an office building at 1177 Avenue of the Americas, also known as Americas Tower, in Midtown.
The plans call for a rehab of the 12th floor of the 647-foot tall, 48-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: installation of non load-bearing partitions as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $4,001,600.
The developer has been actively rehabbing the building throughout the year, with these being the 11th plans filed thus far.
