The Leser Group finishes $3.4M multi-floor rehab of commercial building in Brooklyn Heights
Abraham Leser’s Leser Group, on November 2, formally completed a $3.4 million rehabilitation of two floors of a commercial building at 111 Livingston Street in Brooklyn Heights.
The plans, pre-filed on January 23, 2017, call for a rehab of the roof and floors 20 and 21 of the 272-foot tall, 23-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: interior renovation of an existing commercial space, including partition changes. No change of use, egress or occupancy under this application. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $3,430,000.
J Callahan Consulting Inc. was the architect for the project.
The plans were filed in the same week that the developer refinanced the Brooklyn Heights building through a $120 million loan from Citigroup and Deutsche Bank.
No alteration 2 rehab plans have been filed at the building since 2018.
