Shulem Herman permitted for 28-unit mixed-use building in East Williamsburg
Shulem Herman, on December 8, received a permit for construction of a 28-unit, 20,947-square-foot residential building at 139 Frost Street in East Williamsburg.
The permits issued were foundation permits.
The property was acquired for $5.3 million on July 14, 2015. Shulem Herman was the signatory on the transaction.
The plans, pre-filed on March 15, 2018, call for the construction of a 75-foot tall, seven-story, 20,947-square-foot residential building with 28 residential units.
The project is described in the filings as: erect new seven-story mixed-use building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have retail space, a parking garage with 14 spaces, and one dwelling unit. The second floor will have recreation space and six dwelling units. The third floor will have recreation space and five dwelling units. Floors four through seven will each have four dwelling units per floor. The roof will have a terrace.
