Related finishes $26M multi-floor rehab at Time Warner Center
Related Companies, on December 8, formally completed a $26 million rehabilitation of multiple floors at 10 Columbus Circle at the Time Warner Center.
The plans, pre-filed on November 14, 2019, call for work on floors five through 23 and the cellars of the 750-foot tall, 54-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: interior renovation as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, occupancy or egress. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $26,000,000.
Back in September, the developer completed a $51.4 million rehab of the 11th floor of the building.
