Shorewood permitted for 233-unit mixed-use building in Bed-Stuy
Shorewood Real Estate Group, on June 18, filed a permit application for construction of a 233-unit, 195,548-square-foot residential building at 1100 Myrtle Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
The plans, pre-filed on June 18, 2020, call for the construction of a 115-foot tall, 11-story, 195,548-square-foot residential building with 233 residential units.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed new 11-story mixed-use building.
Bklyner released renderings from the project’s architect, Hill West Architects.

The ground floor will have a retail supermarket, office space, a residential lobby, mail room, and lounge. The second floor will have 20 dwelling units, an office, terrace, lounges, and a fitness center. Floors three through five will each have 27 units per floor, while floors six through 11 will each have 22 units. The roof will provide an amenity deck. Additionally, the building will have 111 parking spaces.
Hill West Architects is listed as the architect on the application.
