Extell files plans for $7.3M in work related to proposed 195K Times Square office tower

Extell Development, on October 4, filed plans for a $7.3 million project related to mechanical work at a new construction project planned for 740 Eighth Avenue in Times Square, Manhattan.

Last year the developer filed new building plans for construction of a 194,552-square-foot office building at the site.

These plans call for mechanical work on the proposed building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00346349.

The project is described in the filing as: Mechanical work in conjunction with construction of a new building.
