Shalom Zirkiev files plans for 32-unit resi building in Flushing

Shalom Zirkiev through the company 32 Flushing LLC, on July 12, filed a permit application for construction of a 32-unit, 37,399-square-foot residential building at 141-10 32nd Avenue in Flushing, Queens.

The plan call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00769923.

The development site spans two tax lots. The lot has a width of 87 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: filing for new seven-story residential multiple dwelling building. A new certificate of occupancy will be obtained.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, recreation space, and two dwelling units. Floors two through five will each have six dwelling units per floor, and floors six and seven will each have three dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space.

The architect listed is Michael Muroff Architect LLC.

The property was acquired with two other properties for $1.1 million on December 9, 2021.
