Aurora, William Gottlieb submit 24-unit condo plan in West Village, second condo in two months
Aurora Capital Associates and William Gottlieb Real Estate submitted a condominium plan for 24 residential units and two commercial units at 150 Barrow Street in West Village, Manhattan.
The condo plan, CD220144, does not have a sellout price listed with the New York State Attorney General. Robert Cayre and Neil Bender are listed as principals.
In June, the two companies submitted condo plans for a 19-unit project at 111 Charles Street, also in the West Village.
The 150 Barrow building was formerly used as the Keller Hotel. In 2020, Aurora Capital filed plans to convert the 88-key hotel to a condominium building. The DOB plans indicate the building will only have 10 condo units, while the condo plans state there will be 24.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have retail space. Floors two through five will each have two dwelling units per floor. The sixth floor will have one dwelling unit and the lower level of a duplex level. The seventh floor will have the upper level of one duplex unit.
Below are zoning diagrams of the conversion plans.
