Shaik Ali files plans for 20K sf healthcare building in South Ozone Park

Shaik Ali, on June 24, filed a permit application for construction of a 20,285-square-foot healthcare treatment facility at 101-24 Lefferts Boulevard in South Ozone Park, Queens.

There have been 33 new building plans, including these, filed in South Ozone Park in the previous 12 months.

The site is currently used as a parking lot.

The plans call for the construction of a 50-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00724566.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 60 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: new five-story ambulatory healthcare treatment facility, as per plans.

Per the plans, all floors of the building will be used for healthcare space.
