Exclusive: Schematics for Leviathan Capital’s six-story resi building in Highbridge

Yaniv Cohen, a partner with the Leviathan Capital, shared schematics with PincusCo for the firm’s recently filed new building plans at 1907 Harrison Avenue in Highbridge, Bronx.

The plans, pre-filed on September 24, call for the construction of a 61-foot-tall, six-story, 11,472-square-foot residential building with 15 dwelling units.

The plans are one of 16 new building plans filed in Highbridge this year. In total, the plans call for the construction of 301 dwelling units in the neighborhood. The largest plans, pre-filed back in January, call for the construction of a 47-unit, 29,601-square-foot residential building at 1436 Jesup Avenue.
